These terms cover use of the Naxian Garden Villas website and its enquiry form. The terms of a particular accommodation booking will be supplied with the offer or confirmation for that booking.

We will confirm the accommodation offered, travel dates, guest numbers, price, applicable taxes/charges, payment requirements and relevant booking conditions in our correspondence. Deposit requirements, payment deadlines, cancellation charges, refunds, changes, no-shows and arrival/departure conditions depend on the specific offer accepted. The website describes a four-bedroom villa for up to nine guests and a two-bedroom apartment for up to four guests.
